Fixed-installation coating removal for high-throughput pipe repurposing operations at yard and facility level.
Overview
The Static CRM is a fixed-installation coating removal machine designed for pipe yards, processing facilities, and steel mills running large volumes of pipe through a stripping operation. It delivers consistent, high-throughput removal of 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE and similar coatings — returning pipe to clean bare steel ready for recoating, resale or reuse. A key application is within steel mills where pipe coatings have failed quality standards: rather than writing off the pipe, the Static CRM enables rapid stripping and recoating to bring product back to full specification.
The system processes all three coating layers simultaneously — including FBE primer, adhesive, and polyethylene or polypropylene outer layers — with full waste capture via integrated extraction and conveyor systems.
With a proven track record including deployment at Impostal in Poland — achieving up to 55 tonnes per day — the Static CRM is the benchmark for facility-based pipe repurposing.
