The CWC-R is Rotopipe's purpose-built machine for the removal of heavy concrete weight coatings from offshore and subsea pipelines. As decommissioning programmes accelerate globally, the CWC-R delivers the throughput, reliability and pipe-safe performance that operators and contractors require.

High-torque cutting heads are specifically designed to shear through heavily reinforced concrete coating — including spiral-wound steel reinforcement — while maintaining zero contact with the host pipe surface, preserving full structural integrity throughout the process.

Integrated waste collection and dust extraction systems ensure the process meets environmental and site safety requirements. The CWC-R is available for both capital purchase and rental.
